At Fazal e Rab Transport, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for our customers. However, we understand that plans may change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policies below.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made 48 hours/2 days before the scheduled booking will be eligible for a partial/full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking will be non-refundable.
- No-Show Policy:
- If the customer fails to arrive at the scheduled pickup time without prior cancellation, the booking will be non-refundable.
- Cancellation by Us:
- In rare cases where we are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle unavailability, road closures, etc.), customers will be offered a partial refund or an alternative booking option.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Any transaction fees or service charges are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Customers may request to reschedule their booking at least 48 hours/2 days in advance.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability, and additional charges may apply if the new date/time differs in pricing.
4. Modifications to Booking
- Changes in pickup time, location, or vehicle type must be requested at least 24 hours before the booking.
- Any price difference due to the modification will be charged accordingly.
